Mishelle Hernandez

Mishelle Hernandez is Complyport’s Operations Manager.  Mishelle joined Complyport in October 2021 and has over 8 years of experience in professional services. Mishelle oversees the efficient running of operational activities at every level of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services, including management of labour, procedures, productivity and safety measures which contributes to the success of the company.

Mishelle also leads the management of our Graduate Training Programme which develops the future of our company’s leaders. She oversees and coordinates the graduate’s induction, training and the arrangement of their academic and professional training courses and assessments.

Prior to joining Complyport, Mishelle worked in commercial real estate, managing the optimal performance of all operations, financial management and reporting, staff management and leasing decisions.
