Marcin Grabiszewski worked for Citibank UK for almost 18 years in various roles, including Commercial Banking Product Development Head for the EMEA, supporting the UK, Poland, the UAE and Turkey.

Since 2016, Marcin has been working in the Fintech, Digital Assets and Neo-Banking sector, advising and supporting UK and EU firms to get authorised as well as activate and operate post-authorisation.

Since 2020, Marcin has been working with EPMAP Limited, a fully authorised EU EMI as an Executive Director in 2021 and then as Managing Director from 2022.

Marcin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also holds a Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management from The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
