Paul is CEO of Complyport. He brings with him over thirty-five years financial services experience including over thirty years in financial services regulatory and compliance consultancy in wholesale and retail markets. He is Chairman of Financial Planning Standards Board for the UK (FPSB UK), Chairman of the International Governance & Compliance Association, and a former Director and Steering Council Member of the Association Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC).

Will Reddie is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance sector group. He advises clients in the insurance sector on a range of regulatory and corporate matters, and has nearly ten years’ experience in the sector. He also has spent time on secondment to the Prudential Regulation Authority.

Costas Frangeskides is a Partner and Insurance Reinsurance specialist. He has over 26 years experience in advising on contentious insurance and reinsurance matters including Lloyd’s and other regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. He has led a number of high profile cases before the courts and in arbitration in very many cross border (re)insurance disputes. Costas is an active member of professional (re)insurance institutions such as ARIAS UK, BILA, and IRLA. He is regularly mentioned in the legal directories as a named insurance and reinsurance practitioner and lectures on key legal, arbitration and insurance/reinsurance topics. He is a qualified CEDR mediator, an accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and sits on the main committee of the ICC UK and arbitration Committee.

Jonathan Greenstein is an Associate Director within Complyport. He has 7 years of experience within compliance and regulation across the financial services industry.
