The book is a Practical Guide to the Legal Issues facing businesses as a result of Britain leaving the EU.
Edited and authored by Helen Tse, a corporate partner at Clarke Willmott Law firm, the book was published by Bloomsbury on 31 August 2017.
Paul contributed a thought leadership section that looks at the direct impact of Brexit upon the financial services sector both in the UK and the European Union (EU).
