Over the summer of 2018, the London offices of the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) are relocating from 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14, to a new location in The International Quarter of Stratford: 12 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN.
The FCA will also change its registered address from 25 The North Colonnade to 12 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.
References to its address in the FCA Handbook will change with effect from a date to be confirmed in June 2018.
According to the FCA, this new site will offer ‘a compelling mix of a quality building, excellent facilities and the right infrastructure to meet’ its future needs.
ACTION REQUIRED
Following the FCA change of London address, any reference in a firm’s website, literature or documentation to the FCA’s London addresses of 25 The North Colonnade and/or 1 Canada Square must be changed to 12 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN.
