With a demonstrated track record of navigating and delivering into large multi-jurisdictional programs of work, while prudently identifying and mitigating compliance risk, identifying value creation opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients.
Howard has held senior Director roles in investment banking, shared services and management consulting. He set up an Operational Risk function at Standard Bank SA and went on to head compliance and risk shared services at Standard Bank, Refinitiv and other major institutions.
